The minimum investment is €250,000 for Real Estate. However, usually a minimum sum of €400,000 is required for investments outside of Attica (Greater Athens) and a minimum investment of €800,000 is required for Attica and many of the Greek islands. Additional costs include legal fees, notary fees, real estate agents' commission, government application fees and taxes.
