The minimum investment is €250,000 for Real Estate. However, usually a sum of €400,000 is required outside of Attica and a sum of €800,000 is required for Attica and many of the Greek islands. Additional costs include legal fees, notary fees, government application fees and taxes.

Of course. The main applicant can include a spouse, children under 21, and dependent parents. All receive residency permits under the same investment.
